Monday Morning

Hmmm... Why did my mobile phone not alarm me today? Oh ya, I'm not working currently, I'm in HOLIDAY~~~ But I still awake at 8am as I coudn't fall in sleep again. Trying very hard to close my eyes and continue to sleep and dream till late morning but failed. Maybe all the while I get to use to wake up early. Well, don't force myself, wake up, tidy up my bedsheet and going to brush teeth.


Ok, everything is done! Let's prepare a nutrtion breakfast!! Firstly, take out the milk and mini tomato from fridge. Secondly, fry an egg. Thirdly, get 4 pieces of whoelemeal bread and apply banana+coco jam and strawberry jam. Finally, serve on a plate and done :)


*It's very important to have a breakfast especially with full of carbohidrate and protein. Less oil is crucial when you prepare breakfast. I've noticed that people who eat breakfast, they will more healthy and their physical are not fat. According to an article, we consume during sleep time, we need breakfast to recover the consumption. Don't skip our first meal as it doesn't cause us to gain weight even though we eat more.
