Foong: Hello, what time u finished ur meeting?
"A" friend: Hmmm.. About 2pm, y?
Foong: That's good, come to meet me, we go to have lunch together?
"A" friend: Oh, sorry, I need to "tapao" & bring back to office eat it, I have plenty of works!
Foong: Really? Then it's ok lorr...

Half an hour later, I called up another friend again~~

Foong: Hey, I wanna go out, could u accompany me?
"B" friend: Now?
Foong: Yaya... Now
"B" friend: Too rush jorr... Could u make an appoitment to me 1st?
Foong: Make appointment? So busy there?
"B" friend: No choice, I'm not rich, need to earn more $$$$
Foong: Then sorry for disturb, I think u shall be available on weekends right?
"B" friend: Then u call me out in weekends lar.. Haiyo
Foong: But I need accompanion on weekdays...
"B" friend: Steady! U call ur friend back from UK, I think she can cure ur loneliness... Hhaaahah
Foong: U r right.. Nearly forgot her... Thanks

Finally, I've make an appointment with her, heading to Pavilion on Wednesday. She went to NICHII, tried a lot of formal garments but chose 1 piece of blouse lastly. Haha same attitude with me :p


After the tiring walking, we went to DRAGON-I for having a late lunch.. Oh, my favourite 小笼包& 拉面, very delicious... Yummy Yummy! This was my 无聊的一天.

Lunch time>>> What to eat today? Ermm... Let's fry tomyam mee!


Searching some raw material from fridge, huh? Eggs only? No meat? Haih..... nvm, better than nothing, ok, let's start my cooking skill... Wuhahahah.. Let's Madam Foong to explain the cooking ingredients & methods:-

Ingredients: Plain Mee, Egg, Salt, Sugar, Pepper, Soya Sauce, TomYam Sauce


Methods: Boil water, put in plain mee. When mee is soft, to dredge up & put aside. Before frying the egg, mix the egg with some salt, pepper & soya sauce. Heat up a pan, put some cooking oil, fry the egg. Add the mee into the pan, then add a tablespoon of tomyam sauce & fry evenly. Add some sugar & salt into the mee & continue fry. After 2-3 minutes, the mee can serve on plate.


Is it sounds professional in teaching cooking? Haha, friend, u r wrong. This is my 2nd time to fry mee, long time did not touch the kitchen appliances since I started my work. Wahhh!! The mee is a bit dry and salty. The skill is still the same ---> BAD. Alright, as long I can finish up T.T
